Small furnishings, dècor accessories and bedding are typically shipped via ground service with small package carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Items shipped via UPS or FedEx should arrive within 5 to 7 days of the lead time noted on the website. If your UPS or FedEx item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our design consultants at ( 1-888-543-7440 ) within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

Larger furniture requires special consideration in shipping and delivery. All Dave's Kids Furniture is shipped via Standard Delivery service which generally take 2 – 3 weeks from the time the order leaves the manufacturer. This time is in addition to the lead times indicated on the website.

Furniture that is shipped with an in-home delivery service which is via Standard Delivery will be placed inside the main threshold of the home( Assembly is not provide). Because of our commitment to exceptional customer service, Dave's Kids Furniture also offers Premier Delivery for many oversized items in our collection. Upon delivery, the Premier Delivery carrier will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice and discard the packing materials for you. (Assembly will be provided.) This convenient service is typically an extra $50 per item, above the standard shipping cost you have already paid., you will be responsible in paying the furniture carrier this extra fee when they finish there job at your residence. The $50 per item consists on bringing furniture into room of choice, unpacking it safely and setting up the room! If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window, typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. Failure to meet the driver during your scheduled delivery window may result in an additional charge. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees will be due and payable upon delivery.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
